About

I'm Heather. I read a lot, collect special editions, and sometimes sell the books I'm ready to let go.

LiteraryLure started as a collection of separate tools. I had one to help with reviews, one to track what I'd read, another for orders and preorders, one for my shelves, and another for the images I made to share online.

I rebuilt several of those tools as I learned more about what I actually needed.

The problem was that books never stayed inside one tool.

A book might start as a preorder, become part of my collection, get read on Kindle or Audible, turn into a review, inspire images or posts, and eventually become a book I decide to sell. Every time I moved between tools, part of that history stayed behind.

So I brought everything together.

LiteraryLure is designed to keep the full life of a book connected in one place, from discovery and ordering through reading, reviewing, collecting, and selling.

It is also built around how collectors actually own books. One book can exist in several forms at once, such as a first printing, a signed special edition, a Kindle copy, and an audiobook. Each can matter for a different reason.

LiteraryLure is made by Literary Lure LLC for readers who collect.

Some bookstore links on LiteraryLure are affiliate links. When you buy through one, LiteraryLure may earn a small commission and the price you pay is the same.

Your reviews only appear in The Lure when you choose to post them. Your collection stays private.
